Podjetje Viroplastic Srl Italija (www.viroplastic.it) je specializirano za proizvodnjo plastičnih zamaškov za kozmetiko, osebno higieno, za detergente in za prehrambene izdelke, tako za plastenke kot tudi za steklenice.
V podjetju so razvili tudi zamaške za jedilna olja. Naj poudarimo, da so tudi eni redkih proizvajalcev v Evropi za zamaške 18-litrskih balonov, ki se uporabljajo za hlajeno in mlačno vodo, večinoma v poslovnih objektih.
V proizvodnji podjetja so specializirani tako za standardne kot tudi za prilagojene izdelke. Podjetje Viroplastic je bilo ustanovljeno leta 1982, kot hčerinska družba ob že delujočem podjetju SiLo Lorini inc., vodilnem podjetju za izdelavo orodij za pihanje in brizganje plastike. Viroplastic deluje v skladu s stalnim razvojem trga v sinergiji s podjetjem SiLo Lorini, kjer
zadovoljujejo tudi najzahtevnejše stranke pri razvoju novih projektov. Zahvaljujoč stalnim izboljšavam kakovosti, primarnim ciljem družbe in zahvaljujoč izdelkom, ki izpolnjujejo najvišje standarde kakovosti in varnosti, je Viroplastic v letu 2001 pridobil certifikat kakovosti UNI EN ISO 9001/2000. Viroplastic ima 16 strojev za brizganje 50/300 ton, od tega tri za bi-material in 4 linije za sestavljanje več različnih komponent kot so zamaški jedilnega olja, palčke za dezodoriranje, zamaški za vodo itd.
Tovarna obsega 5000 m2 pokritih površin. Za zagotovitev visoke standardne kakovosti, je proizvodna oprema v podjetu Viroplastic opremljena z visoko avtomatiziranim sistemom in vsak izdelek je predmet strogih pregledov.
